Enduring Nemo
February 26, 2013When the Blizzard Nemo blew through New England on February 9, 2013, much of Cape Cod, including the town of Falmouth and parts of Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, lost power for several days. But the day after the storm, the lights (and heat) were on aboard the research vessel Atlantis, which became encased in snow but was safely tied to the WHOI pier.(Photo by Christopher Morgan, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution)
