Margaret Kien

The Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution announces with great sorrow the death of long time volunteer Margaret Kien on May 4, at Royal Nursing Home in Falmouth. 

Margaret volunteered at the Institution for many years in the Information Office as well as helping out with Institution mailings.  She always had a friendly smile on her face and enjoyed interacting with the public.  Margaret was passionate about the Institution and the work done here.  She regularly attended the weekly Peanut Butter Club presentations until her health declined. She will be sorely missed.
