Ian Fernandez, Engineer II, joins WHOI’s PO Department. Ian will be working with Anthony Kirincich’s group on HF Radar and coastal observations.
Ian joins WHOI from the University of Hawaii at Manoa where he was a PO Researcher as an HF Radar Technician.
Besides building, automating and troubleshooting new radar and other electronic systems, Ian’s personal interests include training for a marathon, travelling, hiking, and exploring national parks.
