Grettel Valverde, Administrative Associate I, joins WHOI’s PO Department.  Grettel comes to WHOI from the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) where she filled in for the Global Grants Manager.

Grettel moved to the Cape in January of 2022 after being landlocked in Tulsa for 33 years. She’s obsessed with the many beaches and the natural beauty of the Cape. She enjoys hiking, playing the guitar, chasing sunsets, reading, traveling, and being outdoors as much as possible.
