Research Interests

I study bio-physical interactions in the ocean at small scales.  My PhD work considered the effects of small-scale turbulent processes and conspecific chemical cues on 1) the settlement behavior of larval oysters and 2) the changes in behavior through ontogeny in sea urchin larvae.

In March 2016 I began postdoctoral work with Prof. Roman Stocker's lab at ETH Zürich, and act as a Guest Investigator at WHOI with Dr. Lauren Mullineaux.  Please see the website link above for my most recent contact information.
