WOODS HOLE COMMUNITY HALL: Members of the Woods Hole community are invited to a free Quigong-Mindful Movements workshop at Woods Hole Community Hall on Sunday, September 8 from 1-2:30 p.m. Presenters Ken Nelson and Lesli Lang will talk about the benefits of mind-body practices such as meditation, quigong, and yoga. They’ll lead participants in a gentle practice designed to reduce stress and help achieve a greater feeling of well-being. The workshop is free. No experience required.
