Special Film Screening: “Troubled Waters” – Special Short Film Screening and Discussion on Preserving the East Coast Fisheries in a Changing Environment

Documentary Filmmakers Duy Linh Tu (Columbia Journalism School) and Barbara Moran (WBUR) will present a special screening of the short film “Troubled Waters,” followed by a panel discussion on preserving the East Coast fisheries in a changing and threatened environment. Starring in the film are Mirta Teichberg, associate scientist, Marine Biological Laboratory; Glen Gawarkiewicz, senior scientist, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution; Cate O’Keefe, executive director, New England Fisheries Management Council; and Bill Amaru, New England fisherman. This film and event is produced with support by WBUR and the Pulitzer Center’s StoryReach U.S. Fellowship.
This movie will be shown in MBL’s Cornelia Clapp Auditorium, 7 MBL Street, Woods Hole, MA
