The Neil Armstrong, cruise AR8401, left Woods Hole on June 2 and arrived in Reykjavik on July 2, 2024.  This is a bi-annual joint OOI-Irminger OSNAP-GDWBC cruise. Senior Research Specialist Heather Furey’s work was part of OSNAP, turning a set of moorings that monitor the Deep Western Boundary Current east of Greenland.
