1. Choose a TEAM Captain
2. Choose a TEAM Name
3. Create a TEAM Password (for all 5 team members to access)

• Click on the "Register Your Team" link above 
• Enter your team name
• Enter the Captain's info (all fields are required)
• Create your team password
• Click "Next" to enter your team members
• Complete "Add Team Member" to add your first team member. 
• Click "Add" to continue to add the next of your 4 team members
• The system will only allow a maximum of 5 total team members, including the Captain

IMPORTANT:  We require each participant in the WHOI Fitness Challenge to complete a special health waiver form.  Please complete your waiver form and return it to Human Resources by no later than June 9th before the official program start date.  If ready, waiver forms can be completed and returned to HR at the special Informational/Motivational Session on May 21st.  Otherwise, we will collect these forms by the due date before the official program start date.  Link to waiver form: 2012 WHOI Fitness Challenge Waiver Form.
