The meeting and dorm rooms are at Pace University just south of the Brooklyn Bridge and located at 3 Spruce Street. The entrance for the dorms and conference center is the same as the Michael Schimmel Center for the Arts, which Google can direct you to. There will be 24-hour service at the entrance (up one flight of stairs) for those coming in at odd hours and they will be able to get you set up in your dormitory accommodations.
There are three major airports in the New York metropolitan area: Newark, JFK and Laguardia and all have convenient cab service to PACE at ~$30-$40.
For a more adventurous route, Newark and JFK also have excellent mass-transit options to Manhattan that will cost less than $10.
From Newark Airport take the monorail AirTrain from the airport terminal to the New Jersey Transit train station where you will be able to buy train tickets. You will need a NJ transit train ticket to Newark and a Path train ticket to get from Newark to Manhattan. Both can be purchased at the New Jersey Transit train station where the AirTrain drops you off (you don't need a ticket for the AirTrain) at New Jersey Transit Newark Airport Train Station. From the Newark Airport Train station take the train to Newark Penn Station (one stop--and the same direction as New York). Get off the train at Newark and right across the platform is the PATH train that will take you to the World Trade Center station in Manhattan. From the Path World Trade Center station it is a 10-minute walk to the conference/dorms at 3 Spruce Street. Coming out of the World Trade Center train station, walk down Vesey Street to Broadway. After crossing Broadway take a left on Park Row, walk two blocks, and take a right on Spruce Street.
From JFK take the air-train to the Howard Beach Subway station and take the A-Train to Fulton Street in Manhattan. From there the walk is less than 5 minutes. Take Nassau Street north for a few blocks and take a right on Spruce Street.
From LaGuardia airport the best option is a cab which will cost ~$40. Tell the cab driver you are going to Pace University in lower Manhattan at 3 Spruce Street.
If you're from the US East coast and live near an Amtrak station take the train to New York Penn Station and the subway (2-3 or A-C train) to Fulton Street.
While driving is an option, it'll probably cost $50 or more a day to park your car in Manhattan - and in the end cheaper and more enjoyable to take the train.
