The Mooring Operations, Engineering and Field Support Group will work with scientific investigators to provide a budget for mooring
services work. It may be beneficial to
meet with Rick Trask or John Kemp to discuss specific mooring needs and time
schedules before requesting a cost estimate.
Prior to preparing a budget, it is helpful to provide the
following information:

Mooring designs can be tailored to the user’s needs, drawing
on a wide range of designs and innovations, all with proven success. Complete fabrication with an emphasis on
quality and accuracy will follow, accessing an extensive inventory of wire,
synthetics, hardware and buoyancy.
