Tentative Draft/Writing Schedule
The preliminary plan is to have a draft available for public comment on the GEOTRACES web site by mid October (October 17), with a final draft by November 1 (perhaps in time for International SSC meeting in Toyama).

Boiler Plate/Rationale
Matching cruise implementation and objectives to the GEOTRACES Science Plan. This group would draft an outline and perhaps some basic text for a "Boiler Plate" for the core proposal.

Project Management Group

A group to discuss project management issues, both from the viewpoint of logistical support and implementation of data management and submission policies.

Fleshing out specifics of station locations and implementation, plus steaming, ports and berthing issues.
