Research Interests

Marine magnetism; deep-tow and submersible magnetics; magnetization of oceanic crust; fine-scale magnetic signals; rock magnetism and geomagnetism; physical properties of oceanic crust; mid-ocean ridge processes including the formation and evolution of ocean crust and hydrothermal systems; image processing; geophysical forward and inverse modeling techniques.
