Open for Science

Some young visitors to WHOI’s Ocean Science Exhibit Center learned about oil spills and some of the clean-up techniques during Splash Lab last summer. At the Exhibit Center, visitors can learn about the Institution’s ocean science research and the vessels, vehicles, and tools developed by WHOI engineers and scientists. Visitors will also find WHOI merchandise in the gift shop. The Center re-opens to the public Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. until Memorial Day; after Memorial Day, the Center is also open on Saturdays.(Photo by Tom Kleindinst, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution)
