REMUS

A schematic drawing of the REMUS docking station shows the instrument inside, its yellow nose pointed to the green power and data connection. Wires spiraled around the dock's tubular section create a magnetic field that is changed by the arrival of REMUS, and triggers the square black latch located below the docking station to secure the instrument inside.
