High Seas Shanty

What would sailors do without a sea shantey or two? 3rd Assistant Engineer Vasile Tudoran entertained the science party and crew aboard the R/V Knorr with Romanian folk songs on Day 8 of the O-SNAP cruise in July. Taking advantage of a bright summer day on the Iceland Sea, everyone who was not asleep or working a shift was outside: reading books, laying in the sun, or sipping a hot drink.
