Jifeng Peng's LCS MATLAB code: The LCS MATLAB kit, version 2.0, is a MATLAB software package that can be used to compute finite-time Lyapunov exponents (FTLE). The software package includes a user-friendly GUI. Shawn Shadden's LCS Tutorial: This tutorial explains the application of finite-time Lyapunov exponents (FTLE) for studying time-dependent dynamical systems. A software package called MANGEN is used to compute the FTLE fields in Shawn's website.    |
