Bring the ocean to your inbox
WHOI engineer Amy Kukulya spoke about her work with autonomous underwater REMUS vehicles at the Society for Women in Marine Science (SWMS) Symposium at WHOI last fall. This year's SWMS symposium theme is “Swimming in Confidence: Declaring your Scientific Authority.” Registration is full, but there are still several ways to take part in tomorrow's 4th annual event. The keynote talk by WHOI physical oceanographer Amala Mahadevan will be live streamed on the WHOI Facebook page starting just after 9:00 a.m. You can also participate in discussions about the event on Twitter using the hashtag #SWMS17 or by following the SWMS Twitter account, @SWMStweets.
