Training Providers
Training providers include organizations and individuals that routinely
collaborate with CTP by co-sponsoring or sharing their expertise
at training events.
In June, 2001 the CTP steering committee conducted a market analysis
of existing training providers and programs available to coastal
decision makers in the state.
The goals of this analysis were to:
- create a statewide inventory of current training programs,
- identify gaps and overlaps in available training services,
and
- identify potential training partners for CTP planning efforts.
Through interviews, surveys, and focus groups, CTP gained important
insight about opportunities for training and collaboration in the
coastal community.
