Report Task #4: dissemination of results

Whenever you finish your investigations for a research and development project, you are not finished until you publish or publicize your results. In an engineering task, you may be required to write a technical memorandum. In our project, we will put together a final report and send copies to our program officer at the National Science Foundation and to the many people who helped us with donated epoxies or advice. We will draft a cover letter to go with each report and all the cadets will sign the cover letter to each recipient.
