Following is logistical information to start your planning for the workshop here in Woods Hole. The meeting will be held in room 507 in the Clark Building on the Quissett Campus of Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution.
Invited participants will have their hotel costs covered directly. We will also be covering all participants' meals served at the meeting which will include 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, one reception and one dinner for each participant.
Official lodging will be in the Sands of Time Motor Inn in Woods Hole is ~ 2 miles from the meeting site. Check-in time for is 2 p.m.; check-out time is 11 a.m. The cost per night is $152 plus 9.7% room tax.

Boston's Logan Airport is the closest airport with the most flights and public transportation to Woods Hole.
The bus from the Boston airport http://peterpanbus.com has a stop close to the Sands of Time Motor Inn in Woods Hole. (Put in Boston Logan Airport or T.F. Greene Airport and then Woods Hole or Falmouth on their web site to get the correct schedule.) Also you do not have to reserve the ticket on-line ahead for a set bus, you can buy it on the bus and use the ticket back on any bus. The Holiday Inn would require a cab from the bus station or your own car.

There are other methods to travel the approximately 1 and 1/2 hour trip from the airports to Woods Hole such as the GoGreen Shuttle, White Tie Limousine, Enterprise and National car rentals, and taxis. It is best to contact Mary Zawoysky at email@example.com to make those arrangements since she can get you our discount.
A shuttle circulates around the WHOI buildings with a stop within a short walk from the Sands of Time Motor Inn. or you could choose to make the beautiful 30-minute walk to the meeting site along a bike path near the water. For meals there are 6 restaurants right in Woods Hole outside of the continental breakfasts, lunches, one reception and one supper we will provide at the meeting. We will work on carpools to get everyone to the workshop who needs a ride.
Mary Zawoysky will keep the lodging lists for the hotel. (That means Mary will be giving the reservation lists to the hotel. You should not call the hotel to register. Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) is located in Woods Hole, MA. Woods Hole is approximately 75 miles south of Boston on Cape Cod.
