The workhop will be held on WHOI's Quissett Campus (please see attached campus maps) starting at 9 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 21st, and ending the afternnoon of Sept. 25 with a public forum on Friday, Sept. 25th, to be held in Redfield Auditorium on Woods Hole Village Campus. Travel & Area Transportation The nearest airports to Cape Cod are Boston’s Logan Airport and Providence’s T.F Green Airport. Both airports are about equal distance from WHOI, but bus service from T.F. Green to Cape Cod is very poor, so if flying into Providence, R.I. best to rent a car to travel to WHOI. Directions to WHOI and Campus Maps The bus service (Peter Pan/Bonanza) from Boston's Logan Airport is very convenient. The bus leaves directly from Logan airport for Cape Cod, Falmouth and Woods Hole (please note that the village of Woods Hole is within the town of Falmouth), and is very reliable, but there's only 6 trips per day, so if you'd like to take the bus, it's best to try and coordinate your flight arrival and departure times close to the bus scheduled times. The current bus schedule is copied below for your convenience.
To catch the
Peter Pan/Bonanza bus to Falmouth from Boston's Logan Airport, you will need to exit the baggage
claim
area on the ground floor. The bus stops
outside of each terminal under a sign titled "Scheduled Buses" and
you can buy a ticket on board.
The bus ride down from Boston
to Falmouth and Woods Hole will take
about 1.5 hrs. As mentioned the Falmouth bus stop is directly behind the Inn on the
Square, just a
few minutes walk down Depot Avenue
and around the corner to your left. The Inn
is on the corner of Depot Ave.
and North Main Street.

Accomodations
Securing hotel rooms will be at your discretion but if you do not want to bother with a rental car and driving we recommend that participants stay at the Inn on the Square in Falmouth (http://www.innonthesquare.com/) because of the following advantages:
- There's a direct bus from and to Boston's Logan Airport that stops behind the hotel at the Falmouth bus station.
- WHOI shuttle service will be provided
each morning from the Inn to the workshop venue with return transport
back to the Inn in the late afternoon or early evening.
- Falmouth village center is within easy walking distance with a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores available to occupy your leisure time.
- A block of rooms have been reserved at a rate of $89/night plus tax from Monday, Sept. 21 - 24th, and $129/night for the weekend nights preceding and following the meeting.
- Important: When reserving a room, to secure the proper rate, please tell the reservationist that you are with WHOI's Sea Level Rise Meeting.

will be the same for single or double occupancy. This is a good place if you want to stay in the village of Woods Hole. The Peter Pan bus stop is a block away (near the Ferry Terminal to the Islands) and you can avail of the regular WHOI shuttle (Schedule) running between WHOI's Village Campus (Dyers Dock) and the Quisseett Campus (front of Clark Laboratory).
