The challenge is based on the honor system and you will be awarded points for all minutes you exercise and record. You don't need to exercise at WHOI or with team members. It's your option to work out on your own or with others. Your only requirement is at least 2 hours of exercise per week! Weeks will run from Sunday to Saturday. Each week, team members or team captains MUST forward their completed exercise logs via email to wellness@whoi.edu by 3:00 p.m. on the following Monday. The total amount of time exercised as well as points will be tallied by HR and results will be posted on this website so remember to check in often to see how your team is doing.
