Attendance at the workshop is limited, and by invitation only. As of 11-Mar-2009, the workshop is full and registration is closed.

Please note that our workshop is limited to a total of 100 participants, in order to maximize the chances for interaction and discussions in a group setting. The Workshop Organizing Committee intends to include a balanced number of scientists from different disciplines as well as representatives from commercial, economic, legal, and government and NGO interests.
