The PECS meeting has a tradition of industry sponsorship to help provide a higher quality experience for the participants and to foster interaction between vendors and participants.  The support for the sponsors will cover a number of important costs, including subsidizing the costs of students and providing travel expenses for participants who have extraordinary needs.  The sponsors will be recognized on the right-hand side of the PECS home page and on the cover of the program. Space will be allocated within the program (full color, glossy, 12 to 16 pages) for advertisements by the sponsors (size determined by the type of sponsorship). The Sponsor’s Reception will be held on Monday evening, following the last talks. This reception will provide recognition of the support from the sponsors and informal interactions. We also would like to offer “sponsors awards” for the best student paper, which would be presented by representatives of each of the major sponsors.  

 We are looking for two levels of sponsorship:  

• Major Sponsors, who would contribute $3,000, and

• Associate Sponsors, who would contribute $1,500.
