Funding Opportunities
Thanks to the philanthropy of astute donors, the Ocean Institutes provide critical funding to conduct high-risk, high-reward science with an impressive track record of significant follow-on funding from federal agencies and private foundations. Each year, through a competitive proposal process, investigators working in the fertile area of interdisciplinary research are invited to apply for the seed money that will enable them to test new ideas.
