Research Interests
I study bio-physical interactions in the ocean at small scales.  Specifically, my PhD work considers the effects of small-scale turbulent processes on the settlement behaviour of larval oysters (Crassostrea virginica) through a combination of experimental and modelling approaches.

Broadly, I am interested in mathematical modelling of ecological problems, specifically problems in biological oceanography.
