Airport
Ann Arbor is located approximately 25 miles east of Detroit Metropolitan Airport. Once you arrive at the airport you can either rent a car, take a bus, take a taxi, or use a Limno car. All services can be found at designated Ground Transportation areas. There is a free shuttle service to the off-site rental car facility. Taxi's and Limno's are available curb side at Ground Transportation.

The Michigan Flyer disembarks downtown at Fifth Ave. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Graduate Hotel or the Michigan League from the bus station. All conference and hotel facilities are within easy 5 minute walks, with the exception of the tour at NOAA-GLERL for which bus transportation will be provided to and from the Michigan League.

April Weather
April weather in Ann Arbor can be highly variable. For long-term averages, the month of is characterized by rapidly rising daily high temperatures, with daily highs increasing by 13°F, from 52°F to 65°F over the course of the month, and rarely exceeding 78°F or dropping below 38°F. But snow is not unheard of!
