All exhibitors will receive one (1) 6’ table and two (2) chairs
Due to the limited amount of space, we recommend pop up displays and table top displays to display
Electrical & IT – Power and Wifi is complimentary, and will be provided on the day of setup
Shipping – Please plan to have your items arrive at CSIRO no earlier than Wednesday, April 10 and no later than Friday, April 12. Please email shona.lyden@csiro.au advising when the shipment has been despatched and a brief content description provided. Please label your shipment as follows:

Exhibitors will be allowed to set up their exhibit starting at 9:00am on Monday, April 15 until 5:00pm. All exhibits must be set by 8:00am on Tuesday, April 16.
Exhibits will be secured every night,however we highly recommend that if you have anything of high value, that you plan to take it with you at the end of each evening
Exhibitors will be allowed to tear down their exhibits starting at 11:00am on Thursday, April 18, as CSIRO is closed for a public holiday on Friday, April 19 and Monday, April 22. Items will be collected for shipping as follows:
Afternoon of Thursday, April 18
Packed, with shipping label attached and collection arranged for Tuesday, April 23 – we can hold the items in the CSIRO Main Store in Building 5
If you are shipping items back, please arrange to have a carrier (DHL, FedEx, etc.) pick up your items no later than Tuesday, April 23 from CSIRO Main Store, Building 5, Castray Esplanade, HOBART, Tasmania 7000
