SL-103 Collected by LExEn group 1/9/99. Single
cell isolated by D.Moran 6/19/00. Morphological identification is
to Stephanoeca diplocostata. 18ssrDNA sequence is 92% similar
to Diaphanoeca grandis (no S. diplocostata in database
as of 7/1/07).
Cell size: 4mm. Lorica size: 15mm x 8mm.
Media: VSW + YE + Si. Order: Choaniflagellida.
