Trapping Falling Sediment

WHOI engineer Scott Worrilow guides a yellow sediment trap onto R/V Oceanus along with (clockwise from bottom left) WHOI engineer Brian Hogue, seaman Leo Fitz, and bosun Clindor Cacho, on a 2011 cruise to the Line W moorings, which monitor the flow of Atlantic currents that can influence climate, including the Gulf Stream.
