WOODS HOLE FILM FESTIVAL (WHFF)

Is pleased to continue the 2021 season series WHFF Virtual with the shorts program FAMILY VOICES (Thursday, March 4 through Sunday, March 7, 2021), a program of short films presented in collaboration with the Woods Hole Diversity Initiative and its 2021 Black History Month events (https://www.woodsholediversity.org/bhm-2021/). Featuring six short films by up-and-coming filmmakers, FAMILY VOICES offers snapshots of family life through the eyes of Black parents and children in recognition of the 2021 Black History Month theme: The Black Family: Representation, Identity, and Diversity. The Festival will host a live online line Q&A with the filmmakers on Saturday, March 6th at 7 pm EST. Ticket prices: $14 per person, $12, for Woods Hole Film Festival members and $20 per household, $17 for Members and are on sale in advance at www.woodsholefilmfestival.org. Ticket purchasers will receive a custom link to view the film at home or on their mobile devices and will have 48 hours to complete watching the film (ending at 11:59 pm on March 7, 2021), once they begin playing it. For the best community viewing experience, watch the film program at 5 p.m. EST on Saturday, March 6, and then join the filmmakers for the zoom Q&A at 7 p.m. EST.
