The WHOI Workplace Climate Committee, GLOW, and Committee for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion will be co-sponsoring a WHOI-wide CommuniTea on Friday, July 16th at 11 a.m.  This is a follow-up to the June 4th GLOW/CDEI Panel Discussion on Allyship (summary posted here).

As we work to make our Institution more inclusive and equitable, it is important that people support one another as mentors, sponsors, and allies. This conversation is designed to give participants tools to begin that work, including insight into barriers experienced by marginalized groups and ways privilege, can be used to break barriers.
