The amounts below are effective December 14, 2014, the first pay-period of 2015, and are based on pay-period contributions.

These amounts are deducted from 24 of the 27 pay periods.  For 2015, there will be no medical, dental or voluntary life insurance deductions taken from the paychecks dated January 30th, July 31st, and December 31st.
