Biodiversity in the coastal ocean
I have the opportunity to conduct research on coastal biodiversity with a new grant that will start in September 2017 for Long-Term Ecological Research (LTER) on the U.S. Northeast Shelf (NES). I previously conducted research in coastal biodiversity as a postdoctoral scholar and as a Sea Grant graduate trainee. Please use the menu (left) to browse my current and previous research projects related to biodiversity in the coastal ocean.
I have additional experience through teaching the WHOI/MIT JP course on Marine Invertebrates of Cape Cod (left tab for "Teaching and education research") and through my work on informatics for an integrated ecosystem assessment for the U.S. Northeast Shelf Large Marine Ecosystem (left tab for "Indicators and informatics for marine ecosystems").
