Transition to Principal Complete!
Effective June 1, 2017 our 403(b) Defined Contribution Plan has a new record-keeper, Principal. A Record-keeper is the entity responsible for maintaining participant data, contributions and investment options and for supporting the Plan Sponsor (WHOI) to meet regulatory requirements and filings.
We’re happy to share that the transition of the WHOI Defined Contribution 403(b) Retirement Plan to Principal is completed and the blackout period has ended! Now you can access your account and investments online with Principal.com.

Now that the transition of the retirement plan is complete, you have full access to retirement planning resources from Principal®. Log in to your account at Principal.com to check your account balance, make any necessary updates, including changes to your contributions and investment options, further personalize your Retirement Wellness Score using the Retirement Wellness Planner, and check out other interactive online resources. Please note the transition website and hotline established temporarily to provide you with information and resources during the transition period is no longer available.
