Open Enrollment


The 2019 Open Enrollment period for active employees will be held from October 31 through November 16, 2018

As in previous years, all benefit elections will be made using the Employee Online portal, which is accessible from any internet connection (VPN access is not required!) and will be available beginning Wednesday, October 31, 2018. However, if you do not enroll by November 16, 2018 you will be deemed to have elected “No Coverage” for all benefits beginning January 1, 2019.

NOTE: If you will be travelling during this year’s Open Enrollment period and you are concerned that you will not be able to complete the online Open Enrollment process by November 16th, please contact the HR Benefits Team at as soon as possible to request a paper Open Enrollment Benefits Election Form.
