Subsamples were taken from the growing culture and are being analyzed for analysis of the following parameters: nutrients, particulate organic carbon (POC) and particulate organic nitrogen (PON), dissolved organic carbon (DOC), nitrogen (DON) and phosphorus (DOP), chlorophyll, and direct cell counts via microscopy.
