The Human Resources
Office is located in Nobska House on the Village Campus.
Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Human Resources Office is made up of a group of HR professionals
who can assist you with a broad range of personal and employment-related
issues. We are here to help you with interpreting WHOI policies,
understanding your benefits, complying with state and federal
labor laws, providing guidance in immigration matters, and
much, much more!

Employment Services Specialist
Pam and Ann provide employment-related services for assigned
Institution departments by providing guidance and assistance
relative to internal policies, practices and procedures
and external regulations applicable to a broad spectrum
of Human Resources activities including: recruitment, relocation,
career development, guest appointments.

Foreign National Advisor
Beth serves as
an advisor to foreign nationals and WHOI departments on
matters pertaining to maintaining legal immigration status
while at WHOI. She has primary responsibility for the Institution's
Exchange Visitor Program.

HR Generalist
Emily is a key contributor to the overall integrity and timeliness of the data maintained in the Human Resources Information System. She also provides assistance with report writing requests.
