** Denotes the Institution's floating holidays. With prior supervisory approval, an employee may work on a floating holiday and take the floating holiday at a later date in the calendar year. If you work on a floating holiday, you are to list those hours as regular hours on your timecard. On the day you take your floating holiday, you are to list those hours as holiday hours on your timecard. Floating holidays are to be taken in full day increments only.  Please be aware that the Institution is officially closed on the floating holidays which will affect normal daily services (such as mail delivery, shuttle service, stockroom).
