Where is DHCP available on WHOInet?
FACTS
- Computers must be registered in NetReg
to use WHOInet.
- DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) is available in
almost every location on WHOInet.
- Even if your machine cannot get its IP settings from DHCP,
it must be registered.
- Registering your laptop's wired and wireless addresses will
enable it to access WHOInet wherever you take it on campus,
as long as DHCP is available there.
