New User Guide - Desktop Support
One of the CIS Department's main functions is to maintain your
computers through troubleshooting. Our desktop support group is
able to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
that may arise. We can help you upgrade, install, and purchase
new hardware and software. We will service all computing needs
that you may have. As an added bonus, our PC users with Dell machines
can take advantage of our Dell Certification which allows us to
service all Dell computing issues whether under warranty or not.
Our Macintosh users will also benefit from the same type of service
under our Apple Certification which allows us to service all Macintosh
