Welcome to the CIS Helpdesk! The CIS Helpdesk is the heart of CIS. It's the place that the WHOI community contacts to ask questions about computing resources and services. It's also where you can call with computer problems, phone problems and computing issues. We are here to meet your needs as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our job is to take your requests to the right persons within CIS, ensure they are completed, and relay sufficient information and support back to you. The CIS Helpdesk is located in Clark 145 at x2439 and via email at helpdesk@whoi.edu.
