The bridge between the WHOI community of users and the services provided by the CIS Department is the CIS Helpdesk. If for any reason, you need help with anything related to computers and/or telecommunications, please contact the Helpdesk at extension x2439. We hope that the Helpdesk web pages will be a useful resource; you can reserve a laptop for a presentation and LCD projectors for on-campus events, you can signup for email/RAS/Novell accounts, submit network and telephone requests, and complete helpdesk troubleshooting requests.
