Both Rockland VMP-5500's owned by the WHOI Ocean Mixing Lab participated in LADDER-II in 2007. OML (then at Florida State University) performed 39 profiles with the VMP-5500's to near ocean bottom. Half of the profiles also provided turbidity data through the use of Seapoint sensor provided by Andreas Thurnherr at LDEO.
