Adam first started working on hydrothermal vents in the late 1980s. He is excited to collaborate on this cruise with Rolf Pedersen and Ingunn Thorseth and hopes that their international and interdisciplinary collaboration advances the overall knowledge of ultra-slow spreading zones. Adam and Phil Taylor are a team aboard the G.O. Sars.
