Other STUFF observed on the sea floor at H2O
Observed in video surveys (ROV Jason in 1998 and 1999 and ROV JasonII in 2003 and 2004) and/or camera sled/otter trawl transects (in 2003)

Organic STUFF: wood and bone (sharks' teeth were trawled)
Possibly organic: "fluff" accumulated in depressions and alongside the Hawaii-2 cable
Small patches of reduced sediment or corrosion
Inorganic STUFF: natural features such as manganese nodules (click for more photos of manganese nodules and outcrops )
Anthropogenic STUFF: quite a variety of objects tossed from ships passing above (click for more photos of trash )
