iRoam or iPass Steps & Information
I. *To set up an account:*
Put your department credit card number and make sure you put in Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution under company name so iRoam can track WHOI accounts. iRoam should send Al Kuntz a notification.
*If you have any problems call:*

II. *More information on iRoam Services below*:
III. iRoam side
This prepares the new account for usage and sends Al Kuntz at WHOI an email to load the software for the client that just registered. Al loads the software and tests.
After setting up an account on step 1, if you don't hear from Al within a day or two, give Sandy a call at 2899 or send an email to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org.
IV. To view or print out an iRoam bill go to the iRoam Portal
You will be given a user name and password at setup time to utilize the portal. You may print your bill and view a detailed bill description for any month of usage.
*Just a couple more notes of information.*
There is no individual commitment time for this service but if you cancel out and need
to re-register for the service again, you will pay the initial setup fee of $8.50.
The cost of the service is $7.00 + what ever charges you incur for the month.
If you travel more than five or six times a year, it would be advantageous to utilize the service.
If you have more than one device you use with the service (an iphone & ipad & an apple), you still only pay for one service charge no matter how many devices you have.
