This capability allows you to make updates and modifications to personal information like frequent flyer memberships, airline, car rental, and hotel vendor preferences, as well as other pertinent information indicating a personal preference in which a Carlson Wagonlit Travel agent may best service your needs. To use the Personal Profile system, simply use your internet browser to access the Carlson Wagonlit Travel website: https://portal.carlsonwagonlit.com. Once you enter your user id (email address) and password into the system, Click the "My Travel Profile" tab to Edit Profile. You are now able to make any modifications that you wish in the Personal Profile form. If you do not recall your password, click "forgot password" and a temporary password will be emailed to you. Once you have completed your changes, simply select the Submit button to save all changes. All changes will automatically update the Sabre reservation system used at Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Furthermore, to ensure a high level of quality service, our automated system will add remarks to the profile in the Sabre system notifying your Carlson Wagonlit Travel agent of the time, date, and changes that were made by you from the web. This ensures that the travel agent can verify the information that you entered to ensure accuracy. We hope that this first of its kind capability will provide you, the WHOI traveler, with a convenient means to access your personal travel information anytime, anywhere from the Internet. And don't forget, you can always phone or e-mail our Travel agent with your personal travel preferences.
