Buses, Trains, Ships, and Ferries

Travel by bus, train or ship will be reimbursed at actual costs subject to the following limitations:
  • Transportation reimbursement will not exceed the most economical airfare in effect during the travel dates between the major airports nearest your departure and destination place, plus $25. (in lieu of ground transportation)

  • Meals and lodging reimbursement will not exceed the fixed meal allowance and actual lodging costs provision limited to the same time period had air transportation been used.
